Capability

What we operate

You are told exactly who will be handling the ground in each country, and introduced to them, before you book.

  • 01

    Conferences and delegate handling

Airport meet-and-greet, delegate manifests, room blocks, transfers on a schedule, and a desk in the hotel lobby for the length of the programme.

  • 02

    Incentive programmes

Reward travel for sales teams and channel partners, built around a theme rather than a sightseeing list, with the gala night and the free afternoon planned to the same standard.

  • 03

    Corporate offsites and team programmes

Meeting space, working sessions and the activity around them, arranged so the agenda and the transport actually fit each other.

  • 04

    Product launches and dealer meets

Venue holds, staging and AV liaison, rehearsal time, and the load-in logistics that decide whether a room is ready when the client walks in.

  • 05

    Gala dinners and award nights

Venue sourcing, menu tasting, seating plans, and a run sheet the venue has actually agreed to rather than been sent.

  • 06

    Group transport and ground logistics

Coach fleets, internal flights, ferry and rail segments, and the buffer between them that stops one late arrival becoming a missed dinner.

From brief to programme

How It Works. One Team, Start to Finish.

  1. Send the brief

Delegate numbers, rough dates and what the programme is for. That is enough to start - we will come back with the questions rather than send you a form to complete first.

  2. We check what is actually available

Venue and room-block availability against your dates before we propose anything. A programme costed against space nobody has held is a quote that falls apart in week three.

  3. A costed proposal, with the assumptions visible

Line by line, with exchange rate, group size bands and what changes the number. You should be able to see which figures move if the delegate count does.

  4. One team operates it

The people who cost the programme are the people on the ground when it runs. There is no handover to a separate operations department.

Before you send it

What to Putin the Brief.

None of it has to be final. Six things decide most of a programme, and having them at the start saves a week of email.

  • Delegate numbers, and how firm that figure is
  • Dates, or the window the dates have to fall in
  • What the programme is for - conference, incentive, launch, offsite
  • Whether you need meeting space, and for how many at once
  • Arrival points, and whether delegates travel together
  • Any dietary, accessibility or religious requirements across the group
